stayed in vernon before, but this time okanagan royal park inn exceeded expectations! loved the renovated kitchen, comfortable bed, and warm shower. the little river and hanging flower baskets were a nice touch. great value for the basics!

The rooms have been recently renovated and look nice inside. the queen suite I stayed in had a small but useful kitchenette. the owner was friendly and the younger staff member was extremely apologetic and helpful. the location was fairly central to town, and the patio was a great addition. It was dog friendly and had a comfortable bed.

Felt so comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

Lovely spacious balcony looking out onto a beautiful creek, perfect for a morning coffee and a breath of fresh air. the AC worked great and kept the room cool during the hot summer days. the kitchenette was well equipped and super convenient for preparing our own meals. And, bonus, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and cafes within walking distance!

The front desk was difficult to get a hold of, and they seemed understaffed. the room we had was not as clean as we were hoping for.

Good value, friendly owner, large comfortable bed, warm shower, clean sheets.
